I already have a customer number. How can I register?
answer Click ‘Login’ > ‘Register Now’ and select ‘Yes, I am already a Würth customer, and I have a customer number’. Fill in all the required fields and click ‘Submit’
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
answer Once an order has been placed, customers cannot modify it as the order is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping. You cannot edit or cancel the order. If you need any changes, please contact us directly at +84 28 3844 6901
If some items are on Backorder, when will they be delivered?
answer You can contact us directly for the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding your order status
If some items are on Backorder, can I cancel them?
answer Yes, you can cancel backordered items if you do not wish to wait. Simply call us at +84 28 3844 6901, providing your account number, name, and the item you wish to cancel.
I cannot see product prices. Why?
answer Prices are only visible when you are logged into your account. If you are unsure about your login status, please refer to the registration section above.
Where can I view my orders, and how?
answer Customers can log in to My Würth > Orders to view all their orders. You can see all orders in your account, not just those placed through the online store or mobile app
Order statuses are color-coded:
If the order appears green, it means the order is complete. A tracking option will be available to view the shipment status, including the carrier details and, if applicable, the proof of delivery signature.
How can I search for products?
answer You can search for products using the following methods:
1.Simple Search: Enter a keyword in the search bar and select the desired product from the results.
2.Product Code Search: If you have a product code, enter it directly into the search bar.
3.Category Search: Go to the shopping cart page and select a category or subcategory from the left panel.
4.DIN & ISO Catalog Search: Go to the shopping cart page and search for products based on DIN & ISO standards from the left panel.
5.Quick Search: Go to the shopping cart page, select Quick Entry, enter the quantity and product code, and click Add.
How can I return unwanted or defective products?
answer To return a product for a refund or claim a defective item, please contact our customer service at +84 28 3844 6901 providing the return details, reason for the return, and attach the invoice.
